turut hadir dalam Rapat Koordinasi Pimpinan Nasional (Rakorpimnas) I
Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) yang digelar di hotel Sahid
Jaya, Jakarta, Senin (2/6/2014). Kehadiran mantan Danjen Kopassus itu
membuat kehebohan sendiri di lingkungan para guru.
Pasalnya, Prabowo yang datang mengenakan kemeja putih khas-nya
langsung dikerubuti para guru yang berusaha mengabadikan momen bersama
Capres yang diusung enam parpol tersebut.
Dalam suasana tersebut, Prabowo dielu-elukan oleh para Guru. Ada yang
mendoakan agar Prabowo menjadi presiden dan ada juga yang memberikan
semangat kepada Ketua Dewan Pembina partai Gerindra tersebut. "Hidup
Prabowo!" Prabowo Presiden!" teriak para guru.
Prabowo turut memberikan sambutan di hadapan para guru. Dalam
pidatonya tersebut Prabowo memuji peran guru yang sangat besar jasanya
untuk masyarakat. "Saya sungguh merasa terhormat karena guru adalah
unsur yang sangat strategis bagi kehidupan bangsa yang merdeka. Kuncinya
terletak dalam pendidikan," katanya.
Menurutnya, pendidikan sangat penting bagi bangsa Indonesia. Karena
pendidikan merupakan kunci untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan
bangsa, termasuk mendidik agar menjaauhkan tindak korupsi yang saat ini
sedang merajalela.
"Saya waktu itu bertemu dengan Mantan Perdana Menteri Malaysia,
Mahatir Mohammad. Saya tanya apa rahasianya memberantas korupsi di
malaysia. Dia jawab dengan tegas: Pendidikan," ujar Prabowo.

Menurut
Viktor yang juga mantan Ketua DPRD Kota Kupang itu, kebutuhan konsumsi
daging sapi di NTT sebanyak 58.535 ekor sapi. Sementara ketersediaan
sapi potong (jantan dewasa) adalah 96.614 ekor sehingga terdapat surplus
38.079 ekor.
“Sementara itu, seekor sapi betina hanya melahirkan
satu ekor setiap dua tahun. Sedangkan pola pemeliharan sapi di NTT
adalah tradisional (lambat pertumbuhannya ), yang artinya kalau sapi
dikonsumsi NTT sendiri, maka akan berkurang drastis setiap tahunnya
karena pertumbuhan sapi yang layak potong adalah berumur dua atau dua
setengah tahun,” bebernya.
Apalagi, kata Viktor, Perusahaan
Daerah Pasar Jaya di Jakarta yang mengurus daging sapi bermasalah karena
selalu merugi dan terdapat temuan BPK yang mengindikasi ada korupsi
besar-besaran. Karena itu, Viktor menyarankan kepada Jokowi dan Frans
Lebu Raya agar segera menghentikan penipuan dan pencitraan di NTT.
“Jangan
menipu rakyat NTT dengan pencitraan penuh kebohongan itu karena rakyat
sudah tahu semua itu hanyalah pencitraan,” katanya.
Diberitakan
sebelumnya, Jokowi mengunjungi Kupang pada Selasa (29/4/2014) lalu.
Kunjungan ini terkait dengan kesepakatan di bidang peternakan antara
Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara
Timur terkait pengadaan daging sapi. Kunjungannya ini juga
dilatarbelakangi kelangkaan dan mahalnya harga daging sapi di DKI
Jakarta, beberapa waktu lalu.
“Calon
presiden dari PDI Perjuangan Jokowi dan Gubernur NTT Frans Lebu Raya
berbohong dan menipu rakyat NTT karena sapi di NTT tidak mungkin
memenuhi pasokan untuk Jakarta. Bagaimana bisa sapi yang katanya akan
dipasok dari NTT ke Jakarta 823.000 ekor, padahal kenyataannya menurut
data BPS Provinsi NTT itu sangat mustahil,” kata Viktor kepada Kompas.com, Jumat (2/5/2014).
